Draw terms and conditions
These prize draw terms and conditions apply to the prize draw specified below and undertaken by The Centre for Inclusive Money at Nest (previously Nest Insight), a division of Nest Corporation whose office is 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PU.
Standard prize draw rules
If you participate in the survey, you may choose to enter the prize draw to win one of three £100 Love2Shop vouchers by providing your email address at the end of the survey, subject to these terms and conditions. Please read the following applicable prize draw terms and conditions.
These prize draw terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition including any terms and conditions of Inclusive Money and Love2Shop.
Entry requirements
- You are eligible for the prize draw if you complete the survey, confirm that you wish to enter the prize draw, provide your email address, and accept these prize draw terms and conditions.
- The closing date and time for entering the prize draw is Friday 04 December at 11:59PM (BST). This is subject to extension at the discretion of Inclusive Money.
- No purchase or payment is required for entry into the prize draw.
- You must be a resident of the UK and 18 years of age or over to be eligible.
- Employees of Nest Corporation, including Inclusive Money, the employees of participating partner Love2Shop or our survey platform, SmartSurvey, their immediate families and persons connected with the prize draw will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
- You will only be entered into this prize draw once, only after confirming that you wish to be entered into the prize draw by providing your email address at the end of the survey. All other entries will be void.
Prizes
- The prizes will be three £100 vouchers, with Love2Shop.
- Each winner can only receive one prize across all Inclusive Money surveys and any other prizes won by the participant will be reallocated to other participants in the prize draw. The prize cannot be modified, is non-transferable and there will not be a cash equivalent. However, Inclusive Money retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available from Love2Shop.The prize draw selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Inclusive Money will use the email address you provide to contact prize draw winners. No personal data will be shared by Inclusive Money with Love2Shop to administer the prize draw. If you are selected as a winner, your use of the voucher may be subject to Love2Shop’s own terms and privacy policy.
- The prize winner is subject to terms and conditions of Love2Shop and should contact them directly at info@highstreetvouchers.com in case of any queries regarding using the voucher.
Selection of winners
- One winner for each of the three available vouchers of £100 will be selected in the prize draw using a random number generator. If a winner is selected in the draw for more than one prize, only the first selected prize will be allocated to them. The other prizes will be offered to an alternative entry selected by the random number generator.
- Only the winners will be contacted by Inclusive Money using the email address provided, no later than one month after the survey closes, or on such later date at Inclusive Money’s discretion.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and you should contact Inclusive Money directly in case of query regarding the prize draw, email address details, or anything else at the following email address participate@inclusivemoney.org.uk.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of Inclusive Money’s first attempt to notify the winner, or you are unable to comply with these prize draw terms and conditions, Inclusive Money reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative survey entry selected by the random number generator.
- In addition, failure to respond and/or provide an email address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Miscellaneous
- The prize draw is run by Inclusive Money, part of Nest Corporation.
- Nest Corporation does not accept responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed or misdirected; or any inconvenience or disappointment; or any technical or other issue beyond its reasonable control.
- These prize draw terms and conditions (as may be amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and Nest Corporation concerning your participation in the prize draw and are governed by English law.
- We will use and take care of any personal information you supply to us as described in Inclusive Money’s Privacy Policy and the Fair Processing Notice for this project. Your email address will only be used to administer the prize draw, including contacting you if you are selected as a winner. By entering the prize draw, you consent to Inclusive Money collecting and using your email address for the purpose of administering the prize draw. Names of winners will not be disclosed to other participants.
- By entering the prize draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these prize draw terms and conditions and the Fair processing notice.
